User Management
Manage sub-users and their permissions within your company.
Creating a Sub-User
Navigate to Administration > Sub Users > Create Sub User.
This follows a wizard process:
- Personal Details: Name, Email, Phone.
- Role/Permissions:
- Assign roles or specific permissions (e.g., "Can View Reports", "Can Create Invoices").
- Security: Set a temporary password.
Managing Users
Access the User Matrix or Sub Users List to:
- Reset passwords.
- Deactivate users.
- Update permissions as roles change.
