Manage sub-users and their permissions within your company.

Creating a Sub-User

Navigate to Administration > Sub Users > Create Sub User.

This follows a wizard process:

  1. Personal Details: Name, Email, Phone.
  2. Role/Permissions:
    • Assign roles or specific permissions (e.g., "Can View Reports", "Can Create Invoices").
  3. Security: Set a temporary password.

Managing Users

Access the User Matrix or Sub Users List to:

  • Reset passwords.
  • Deactivate users.
  • Update permissions as roles change.
