Inventory Statement

Track the movement of stock items over time.

Generating a Statement​

Navigate to Items/Inventory > Inventory Statement.

  1. Filter:
    • Start/End Date: Define the period.
    • Item: Select the specific item to analyze.
  2. View: The report shows:
    • Opening Balance: Stock at start.
    • In: Purchases/Returns In.
    • Out: Sales/Returns Out.
    • Closing Balance: Stock at end.
    • Transaction details: Date, Reference (Inv/Bill #), and Qty moved for each line.
